OVERSEAS CLIENTS
Due to the varying costs of dispatching products worldwide, Diffuse requests all overseas clients contact us directly to arrange a quotation for delivering your items.

LEAD TIME
Lead time for each product is shown below each price. All items in a single order will be dispatched together. Therefore the item with the longest lead time will dictate the delivery date of all the items in that single order.

DISPATCH
Items ordered via this website will be delivered by Interlink Express courier service for a flat rate fee of £10.00 ex. vat

12 MONTH GUARANTEE
All Diffuse products, provided they are assembled and installed correctly will be deemed to be under warranty for 12 months.
